A major comprehensive and classified resource of the current state of genomics in developing countries. Around 300 contributors from over 50 countries have written 123 chapters covering diverse areas from population strucutres, socio-cultural variation, genetic epidemiology, spectrum of inherited disorders, genetic counselling and ethical/social/legal aspects.
